A 7 day's a week program to boost your strength and endurance in the octagon. 4 day's of strength and 2 day's of cardio and mobility. you can train your martial arts a long side I have implemented only two day's but you can do more if you want to. fase 1 week 1-3 volume/hypertrophy 3-4 sets 8-12 reps medium weight fase 2 week 4-6 max effort strength and explosive power 4-6 sets 3-6 reps heavy weight fase 3 week 7 deload and recovery 2-3 sets 10-12 reps reduce the weight by 50-60%
