What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is specifically muscle growth. Starting in a deloading week to reset your system, then shifting into 4 overloading weeks to optimize growth!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Intensity and tempo are a huge part. If some of the workouts shown are not feeling good on your joints, then you should substitute. I’ll be coming out with a list of substitutes soon and please reach out for individual help!
How to schedule the program into a week? However you can get 6 days in a row with a rest day to end the week!
What do I need to participate in this program? A gym membership is all you will need! And dedicated time.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Ideally you should have some lifting experience. I would hate to hear someone getting injured from this program. Eventually I’ll have content developed for lifting beginners and educational pieces.
If you do not have any lifting experience and wish to do this program, then please ask me plenty of form and technique questions. With every lift you should know what muscle group you are trying to target. Also add yourself to the private Facebook group!
