What's up! Honestly, anyone can workout and train with me. As long as you have the spirit and the motivation to push for a better you, my exercises are perfect for you! That's why you should subscribe now to start working to get the results you want.
I've never found a workout that I want to stick to. Will this be fun and keep me engaged?
I'm very confident that you will find your sessions fun and engaging because the workouts will continually challenge you and you'll have a variation of exercises you can choose from. Some exercises may overlap, but no workout is exactly the same.
Can I still benefit if I am not physically flexible?
Yes! You can still benefit. There will be workouts that include stretches and mobility exercises you can do to improve your flexibility while working out.
How difficult are the workouts? I am afraid I cannot keep up.
You'll be exercising at your own pace gradually. Most of the exercises will be new to you therefore you'll start slowly and work your way up. The workouts are sure to get you where you want to be while minimizes of chances of injury and muscle soreness. So I'm telling you, you CAN keep up. Always believe that there's nothing you can't do. I'll help you get there, so keep grinding!
What if I am new to exercise or out of shape?
If you're new to exercise, subscribing is one of the best choices you can make to take that first step. There are endless benefits to joining a fitness program and starting to work with a platform can definitely help you get to where you wanna be.
I have an injury or physical limitation, can I still perform your program?
If you have injuries or physical limitations, always consult and seek medical advice from healthcare professionals before going into any exercise!

These workouts can be taken by anyone as long as they possess a sense of motivation and determination to achieve their goals and what they want for their bodies and minds. So let's go and let's get you started!
What happens when we are unable to do a movement? Or if it's too advanced?
Whenever you come across exercise that's too advanced, modifications can be done so just try to do it right. Just take note that no matter where you are in your fitness level, every workout can be modified to accomodate where you are.

I'll be posting nutrition tips and healthy meals soon! Stay tuned.
