Frequently Asked Questions

The goal of these exercises is to help you tone, sculpt, and drop fat without spending hours in the gym.
Who can participate in this program?
Anyone who wants to get a quick workout in! All fitness levels are welcome.
Can beginners do the workouts?
Yes, of course! Anyone at any fitness level is welcome to do these exercises. You’ll also have the luxury to increase or decrease intensity by adding or subtracting weights/resistance.
Can these be done as a warm up or cool down before/after other workouts?
Warm up…yes. You can do these circuits before your main workouts if you’re someone that has a lot of energy to exert. Cool down…no. The workouts are too intense for a post workout cool down. Try stretching or static cardio instead.
Should I do these before or after my main workouts?
It really depends on your goals - if you want to lose fat, do these first! If you're looking to gain muscle mass, do these last! Overall, make sure to do whichever you feel more comfortable with.
Is it alright if I do these workouts everyday?
Yes you can. But at least 1 day of rest is suggested to avoid overload and fatigue. Make sure you’re resting enough and fueling your body properly.
