About the program

This program gives you access to to both the PreggoCore app and the postpartum plan at a discounted price! Are you pregnant? Do you KNOW that doing core work is great during pregnancy (studies confirm this!) but don’t know where to start or what to do? This app is here to help! While we can appreciate how much other apps offer around pregnancy information, it can be very overwhelming. This app is made for busy moms who value fitness and health but are short on time.     Hi! Welcome to PreggoCore! I developed this app after getting pregnant with my third baby; I love working out and fitness is very important to me, but I had less time that ever to get my daily workouts in. Studies have shown how important it is for mamas to keep moving during pregnancy, and especially how important core work is (it literally helps you push the baby out!) so I wanted to create a simple yet effective plans for moms to do though their pregnancy. My postpartum plan has been around for 5+ years and I have helped thousands of women through it. I have even been my own test subject 2x (soon to be 3!) It is an 8 week plan, with 4 workouts a week, designed to be done in 20 minutes with minimal equipment. I made this app and plan for you, mama!

    What are the goals of this program?
    PreggoCore: To continue to build core strength and engagement during pregnancy.     Who are these workouts for?
    The workouts are designed for all levels. If some of the exercises with weight are completely new to you be sure to start off very light!
    What do I need to participate?
    You will need: -a light loop band (to around the knees) -a longer “pull up assist” red band -a light kettlebell or dumbbell - a 36 inch foam roller
    What’s the schedule?
    PreggoCore: There are 3 designated core workouts per week (which you can repeat if you're feeling energetic!) 🤣 There are multiple mobility sessions to choose from if your body is feeling stiff and tight. Postpartum plan: There are 4 workouts a week for 8 weeks
