    About Dria Brown

    Online personal trainer

    Welcome to my page! I am a full-time career Firefighter/Paramedic from Ohio! Prior to the fire service, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I spent five years getting my degree all the while working in multiple gyms, personal training clients, assisting clients with nutrition, and teaching group classes ranging from 2 to 35! When COVID hit, my current gym shut down and my husband also was in an accident. At the time, working in gyms and for someone else wasn’t paying the bills. Despite working 60-80hours a week, I still couldn’t pay my bills. I stopped training clients as a result of some resentment but I still continued to train myself, write programs for myself, and help friends in their journeys. Fast forward to today, I’ve decided to chase after my passion for helping people become healthier and happier the way that I believe works! I competed in CrossFit, trained bodybuilding, I was a runner coming out of high school, and I even competed Olympic weight lifting! Currently, I’m a Firefighter Challenge competitor where I train to showcase being the fittest firefighter in the world. I aim to help other firefighters become fit and pass their agility as well as train my working class people to be fit even while having little time! I have varying styles of training based off of your goals. So come train with me 💪🏼
