5-Minute Mobility
Equipment:
- Mobility/yoga mat
- bench or chair

All you need is just 5 minutes a day to work on your mobility, and if you stay consistent, you’ll create the foundation of musculoskeletal health that your body needs to maintain itself for a lifetime.
These routines are broken down by levels so be sure to check that out. Start with level 1 routines and work your way up to level 3s. Each routine has 5 exercises. Work on each exercise for at least 1 minute and then move on to the next.
