I really prefer the guided routines! With the self-guided ones, I don’t enjoy stopping to play each stretch, set the timer, check off each one, etc. please make more guided routines!

I also did not like this series very difficult to do not enough detail on where you’re placing your legs don’t understand what you’re supposed to be stretching or working and instead of just counting you could be talking us through it so that I could feel like I’m actually getting the purpose of the exercise. I just don’t understand your instructions or how they’re supposed to be stretching or working something specific you don’t give specifics on the alignment or what it is you should be feeling or what it is you should be using very frustrated. I can’t believe I paid

I like these Follow Along. A nice break from the working-from-home routine. I would love to see more of a 5-7 minutes of similar workout to follow along.
