To make sure you get he most out of this program is to stay focused. The workout are 60 minutes each and you need to stay 100 % focused during your workout both mentally and physically.

Beginner- intermediate
How to schedule the program into a week?
This program can be adjustable to 4-5 days/ week. The best way to do it is to take a rest day in the middle and the end of the week. Try to not take more than 2 rest days in a row.
What do I need to participate in this program?
A treadmill, a rowing machine and a set of Dumbbells (between 3-5 kg)
