About the program

The V-Taper series is a step by step guide on how to improve the condition, strength, and overall aesthetics of your core. V-Taper is a bodybuilding used reference meaning your waist is a lot smaller than your upper body. Another turn similar would be “Hourglass Figure” as both are about conditioning the core. I use variations of these movements every weekday during my prep and I hope you can join me! Let’s grind! Perform each workout in a chronological order , Day 1 - 5 for a 4 Week period.
