What is the 12 Week: GYM program?
The 12 week program is the ultimate immersion in my Suit Up programming. The program is periodized every four weeks. Each of the three periodization, you will see reps decrease. When the reps decrease, the weight should increase. Keep track of those weights! This program is designed to pack on muscle, shred body fat, and build athleticism. Suit up programming is the culmination of 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Suit Up programs use the same training principles I’ve used with my clients: Ryan Reynolds, Sebastian Stan, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Krasinski, Liev Schreiber, Zachary Levi, and more.
What equipment do I need? Can I substitute?
You will need access to a gym. You will need access to machines, cables, barbells, dumbbells, cables, and more! For people working out from home, substitute the machines for similar exercises with free weights. For example, you can substitute a dumbbell bend over row instead of a cable row
How can I track my progress?
Take progress pics at the beginning/end of each program. The scale will not show changes in body composition.
How do I know my form is correct?
Every exercise within the app has a 30 second video to review form. If you’re still questioning your form, post in our private group (link in the insights tab). I’m also on Instagram @donsaladino
What are the goals of the program?
Suit Up programming is designed to pack on muscle, shred body fat, and build athleticism!
