How is the 12 week: Dumbbell program different from the 12 week: Gym program? The 12-Wee: Dumbbell Program is a Dumbbell-only program focused on burning body fat and creating lean tone muscle.
While the 12-Week:Gym program is a gym-based program. You will need access to machines, cables barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, and more. 12-Week: Gym focuses on power & muscularity while shredding body fat.
What equipment do I need? This is a dumbbell only program.
How can I track my progress? Take progress pictures at the beginning/end of each program. The scale will not show changes in body composition.
How do I know my form is correct? Each exercise within the app has a 30 second video to review form if you were still questioning your form, post in our private group (link is in the insight tab).
