This is a 12 week program that I have divided into two phases: Strength & Size. Designed for both men & women. This is my go to program to use towards the end of winter for a more defined leaner look just in time for spring/summer, but can be used any season. The first 1-6 weeks 4x a week you will alternate and revist Strength & Hypertrophy training. (Each week move up in weight) Strength week will consist of Push/Pull,Legs using the 5x5 method based off your 1RM( Use 65-80% of your 1RM and move up each week 2.5 lbs) *If you DO NOT know your max weight or understand this part please message me & I will help you figure that out* This method will build up most of your strength in the major muscle groups allowing for substantial gains in muscle tissue & strength. Your fourth day is Cardio, for lean muscle mass. It is important to not exceed more than 30-45 min cardio if you want to add muscle, so do what this program calls for. The following 7-12 weeks 4x a week you will alternate and revist the classic GVT (German Volume Training) A & B. (Each week move up in weight) If your looking to put on muscle fast than this is the right program and perfect for the New Year! * Ladies…please keep in mind that it is impossible to get huge from GVT without the use of testosterone and calorie surplus. You can benefit from this style of training in alot of ways such as your physique & strength.

I am a hybrid female bodybuilder & competitive Powerlifter who likes to train for both strength & size. My fitness journey began 13 years ago with the struggle of weight gain for muscle mass and where to begin. Having undergone various coaches and trial and error in achieving my fitness goals, I obtained two certifications to share the knowledge I gained along the way with those seeking assistance on their fitness journey. Additionally, In time I secured medals in all 3 powerlifting meets I competed in. As an athlete and trainer, I continue to intend helping those in all levels of fitness reach their goals & most of all aspire woman to defy limits & embrace strength regardless of society norms.
