6 Week New Year Challenge

New Year New You

This is a 6-week program designed to help transform your body just in time for the New Year. No need to wait until January 1st to start the change. We will be working out 4-5x per week. 2x lower body, 2x upper body, and 1 day specifically for cardio and abs. Each workout should last you between 45 minutes to an hour. You will also be getting meal ideas that you can create on your own in case you are unaware of where to start. I hope you are ready for the transformation to begin!
