About the program

This is a 4-week program designed for the comfort of your own home! Little to no equipment is needed. (band and small weights recommended). We will focus on toning up the body all around. Each day will be different from the previous day. ex: Day 1 Lower body Day 2 Upper body Day 3 Fully body or HIIT, etc. It will be a challenge but if you are up for the challenge LETS GET STARTED!
