Great moves to a pull up.
The only one we weren’t able to execute in a satisfactory way, was the shimmy sweep pull up, and when we tried making the dribble step prior to the back step a little more clear and deep, it was even harder to step back the way we did on the shimmy jab on the right side elbow.
Again, great moves and kids are benefiting. Thank you for the workout.
