I love health and fitness so much that I decided to do it professionally. However, I also want to live my life and not spend all of it in the gym. So, there has to be an exercise/life balance that allows for the most efficient fitness results while eliminating as much stress as possible.
My method of training heavily involves the use of kettlebells and body weight exercise. This combination provides the most bang for your buck for improving strength, conditioning, and movement quality - with minimal equipment.
You will train all the traditional compound exercises of squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and carries to develop serious functional strength that will transfer to most daily activity.
You will gain better body awareness and practice skills like pull-ups, pushups, and dips.
You will learn ballistic skills (cleans, swings, and snatches) that will improve power production and conditioning that easily trumps hours on the treadmill in half the time.
Finally, you will gain long lasting mobility that will unlock pain free movement.
