How to schedule the program into a week?
We have laid the schedule of training out in the programming, but highly encourage you to change things as you need. We believe you should base training around your lifestyle me not the other way around. So feel free to adjust the training days and non training days. Feel you need more rest, take it.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
If you want the best outcome of this program -FOLLOW IT TO A “T” and STAY CONSISTENT. Remember hard works, works and there are NO shortcuts to proper training and nutrition.
What do I need to participate in this program?
This is designed for those with access to a gym or highly built out garage gym. However, most do the exercises can be modified for at home work if needed.
