How to get the best outcome of the program? Stay consistent and execute all movements with intent. Do not go through the motions. Feel each rep. Squeeze each contraction.
How to schedule the program into a week? We recommend incorporating this program as it’s laid out here. But for scheduling purposes and individual needs you could move the week around as needed, but we never recommend back to back days or training muscles when they’re still sore.
