I’m Dion (That Fit Contractor) 👷🏾‍♂️ I was born and raised in Oakland California and found my way out to Arizona with my Daughter. My passion for fitness started over 13 years ago. I fell in love with running first and then started incorporating other workouts into my routine. I have a special love for fitness now though and like to challenge myself and others both mentally and physically through my workouts. I became pretty active on social media in 2023 and after gaining many followers decided I needed somewhere to organize all my workouts so my followers all over the world could access my workouts and train with me! I am so proud of how far this has come and I hope to continue to share, grow, and get stronger with my amazing community! I hope you can find something that works for you here! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
