WO description wasn’t accurate to the WO it self. It says it’s a 40 min WO and that it’s 5 sets for each exercise, and the WO itself says it’s 3 sets and it’s a 20 min WO. The WO was good however there was 1 exercise I never figured out how it was supposed to be done. Good sweat though! 😅
