Primarily: Kettlrbell(s) or Free Weight(s), Bodyweight. This is how I lost 90lbs and keep it off. Stay tight, lean, and toned. Yoga Mat, Workout Mat or Carpet. For variety: TRX. I will give options, if I bring in new workout tools.
