Body is feeling very comfortable with these workouts! Starting to feel second nature. Recently been doing a lot more body weight activities as well to pair up with these workouts.

I substituted a bike ride 5 mi
Cause pulled hammy again doing the sprints. It’s day by day. Was brutal doing sit-ups.
Stretch n ice my friend, hopefully tomorrow will be better
