Had been off on my workout the last couple weeks. They just weren’t feeling great. Today felt great! Wanted to die at the end and trucked thru and felt even better after it was done

Another solid workout. Whoop was red recovery past 2 days so had to cut the end by 5 reps and half a mile. Could tell my body was pushing itself and had to take that into account. Still a strong effort throughout so happy with the result
