Ran my 3 miles in 20:30... next week I will break the 20 minute markππ½ππ½ββοΈ

This is the first time Iβve ever tried intermittent fasting religiously (eating window 1pm-8pm) and now only two and a half weeks in Iβve dropped another 10 lbs. Whatβs more impressive is that I seem to be losing the weight in my midsection which is usually the last place I notice it. I think tjis is in part due to the fact that the daily leg work is strengthened my legs to the point that I run faster and farther each session. In any case, Iβm really thankful for the program ππΌ Keep it coming.
