Try to run the mile a bit faster than yesterday’s each day we are trying to really improve your endurance.

On these burpees try to get height on the jump. Go for 100 burpees timed as fast as possible.

This ab Circuit is actually brutal. Put some music on and really fight the pain. This is where you dig deep.

Here you are on your knees bringing the medicine ball around and slamming it on the other side. You are going for a full minute try to get as many as possible.

A great ab exercise to really build tightness.
