This can be done with minimal equipment. You will need a pair of dumbbells, a box or platform to jump on, and a can do attitude.
How does this program work?
This 4 week program is designed to test you. Weeks 1 and 3 as well as weeks 2 and 4 repeat themselves so that you get to redo some of the max reps or workouts done for time to see you improvement in this 4 week program. There is 1 day each week where you get to pick which ab workout you want to complete from my 66 days of abs program.
