How long is each workout?
The average workout is 1 hour. I believe any longer is over kill.
What are some of the benefits of your program?
My program is designed to help you develop a healthy habit to living an active lifestyle. You will sweat and burn a lot of calories. Your strength, endurance, and stamina will increase.
Expect it to be hard, you will be running a mile every workout and ending it with 10 minutes of abs. This is how I train to get the best results possible.
How do I maximize my results?
To get the best possible results your training, diet, and rest need to be on point.
- I recommend 6-8 hours of sleep.
- Stay away from processed foods.
- Do NOT drink alcohol for the entire 30 days.
- hydrate 1-2 gallons of water per day.
- give it max effort in the gym.
How should I split up the workout?
Start each week on Monday. You should have 3 says of rest the first week and every week after only 2. Rest days are crucial for the body to recover and make the gains.
