What does Desi Physique's coaching provides? Desi Physique Personal Training is an effective, proven fitness program designed especially for busy young professionals. Our exercises are back friendly and super simple to do. We train smart and hard, more controlled and intensely. Each workout helps you improve overall health as well as build lean muscles. The workouts are efficient and our clients see results quickly. Dedicate 1 hr to 90 minutes 3 times a week for 6 months, along with a diet rich in nutrients, and you will see the difference! I highly recommend joining the gym to keep your motivation level up. Go when you can regularly. If you are short on time, do same workout as supersets.
