What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is to show you that burning calories and toning can be fun and creative.
How to schedule the program into a week? The first day of the first week will be W1/D1 ( week 1,Day 1) then W1/D2 ( week 1, Day 2) Etc ….Each day you will 2 sets of 2 exercises as a circuit for the first week. WEEK 2 you will do all 4 exercises as a circuit 1 after the other 1 set each.
