About Des Fuiono

Online personal trainer

Des Fuiono’s fitness journey began 18 years ago with the birth of his daughter, driving him to lose 60 kg and transform his health to be the best dad possible. Determined to set a strong example, he committed to his fitness goals, which led him to compete nationally in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and CrossFit. Now the founder of Strengthtech NZ, Des channels his personal transformation into helping others achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and nutrition programs.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
