I am a 23 year old Illinois native and Brooklyn, NY resident with experience in healthcare advertising, personal training, lifestyle coaching, and community bootcamps. My mantra is “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will” as I believe in order to succeed in life you have to be willing to let your guard down and take risks. I am fully committed to those who choose to take control of their health and fitness because initiating action and control over your life is the FIRST step.
