This is our second time doing this program and this one has GOT to be the hardest workout on here. So worth the sweat.

Demi love this workout struggled a bit with the knee jump up - any suggestions on that one - how do you build the momentum’s or the jump up coming from the knee down position - it’s the first exercise in this set and the name is escaping me of the exercise right now. Would love to know your thoughts - Thanks
