I made it mostly ok through the first set and forced myself at least do a half-ass job at the second and I am ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ Fortunately my lower body is at least 80% functional after 3 days post workout 2!

Very challenging for beginners with bad stamina. Did the time but could not always do the full exercise. Plus, in the end of the routine, I was that there was 30-25-20, but if you keep tapping the right side of the screen with the videos, the times never change. I think I've missed a part of the introduction.. :)
