Let’s get in the spirit of sweating this holiday season 💦

-Kick Sits 
-Candle Stick Single Knee Drives 
-Long Jump to Back Peddle 
-Twisting Mountain Climbers 
-Broad Jump Burpees 
-High Knee Burpees 

I know you’re gonna crush it 🔥🔥🔥

-Start in a push-up plank position 
-Bring your foot under and across your body kicking it out to the opposite side
-Return to starting position and alternate legs back and forth in rapid motion

Kick sit

-Perform a cancel stick 
-as you get to you r feet jump and drive a single knee up to high knee position
-Repeat for both sides

Candle stick single leg knee drive

-Broad jump forward 
-Back peddle  to the starting position in short shuffle steps 
-Repeat

Long jump to back peddle

-Start in a push-up plank position
-Perform a mountain climber bringing your knees across in a twisting manner instead of straight ahead
-Repeat for time or reps required

Twisting mountain climber

- Perform a broad jump using your arms for momentum
- Land softly
- Place your hands on the floor to perform a burpee
- Repeat

Broad jump burpee

-Perform some high knees directly into a burpee
-Repeat for time or reps

High knee burpees
