I loved these workout but I need to build some serious muscles to complete all 5 reps - I can barely do 10 of the last two workouts, and I didn’t have the strength to do the wall walk up.

No nearly as flexible as you, so couldn't get into the stretch properly and there was no modified option for us less flexible folks
