-Day 6 of the Home Program 
-Complete Day 6 of the Powerfully Positive Journal

-Lower into bottom of squat 
-Twist int a side lunge and back 
-Jump and land safely
-Repeat back and forth

Jump squat lunge twist

-Lay on the ground with one foot firm on the ground and the other leg extended 
-Perform a single leg glute raise 
-Repeat  

*work both sides

Single leg glute raise

-Step out wide into a side lunge 
-Stay low and transfer weight from side to side
-Repeat

Side lunge transfer

-Start in a push-up position plank
-Drive one leg up and back 
-Bing the same knee under you into a knee tuck
-Return to the starting position and repeat back and forth

Leg extension to knee drive

-Stand with hands at your head
-Hinge at the waist until you are facing the ground and your hamstrings are activated
-Stand back up to the starting position using your lower back activation to start the movement
-Repeat

Good mornings

-Lower to the bottom of squat and hold position
-Perform calf raises in low squat position
-Repeat
