My nephew is busy watching on his phone and I went to him said good morning, a lot of I love you's and hugged him and tickled him, I know that kids are really happy when they're being paid attention to. I didn't just made him smile I also made him laugh and feel loved. 😊🥰🥰❤❤

The wall walls are difficult for those of us that have never done them😬 but overall great ab workouts!

I loved these workout but I need to build some serious muscles to complete all 5 reps - I can barely do 10 of the last two workouts, and I didn’t have the strength to do the wall walk up.
