Was a busy Saturday, hubby has a Pickleball tournament in Daytona, FL and had baby boy Liahm with me all day so when we got back to the hotel, I was just exhausted and couldn’t do thw workout so I did it all today!! 🙌🙌 amazing shoulder work but also using lots of abs 🙌 thanks demi for this great programming

First set was tough for me but when I did the second set, it became more easy after I had rest. Did a lot of workout combination today and some lifting 😊 I forgot if I already mentioned this but been really wanting to work my legs out ever since, and Im just happy that these challenges, well based on my observation, is more on leg workout, so Im really glad I was able to focus on my legs during this challenge 😊🥰 not to mention how it is focused on core too. So really really good!

🥵 That was a tough challenge for today! I got myself some feel good meds for my cold yesterday, so glad I did! I’m pumped to feel better by Monday! 🙌🏼 The journaling was awesome and I’m feeling so happy ❤️❤️❤️

So fun!!! This was good for my abs and arms - I did the arms and then full body circuit over the past couple days from the 12 week Gym Workouts, and my arms are feeling it!! 🔥☀️

I loved these workout but I need to build some serious muscles to complete all 5 reps - I can barely do 10 of the last two workouts, and I didn’t have the strength to do the wall walk up.
