-Complete Day 13 of the Powerfully Positive Journal

- L-sit 
- Hanging toes to bar 
- Ball plank 
- Good mornings (bodyweight)
- Scissor kicks

-Hold your self in an L-sit position for time

L-sit hold

-Hang from a bar
-In a controlled manner raise your legs up and touch them to the bar between your hands
-Lower and repeat

Toes to bar

-Get into an elbow plank with your upper body on a ball
-Hold for time

Ball elbow plank

-Stand with hands at your head
-Hinge forward at the waist until you are facing the ground
-Reverse the hinge and stand up 
-Repeat

Good mornings

-Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
-Perform scissor kicks
