I used 2 teach gymnastics I love handstands and I love gymnastics work outs u r my new best friend thanku! It's inspiring and refreshing to find someone who loves to do the same type of workouts. U r way advanced than me but I needed a trainer. I've always wanted to train more in gymnastics and these r some great strength and exercises to get me there. Blessings 🤸‍♀️
