What are the goals of this program?
For the next four weeks, you’ll be tightening and toning your core with a new workout every single day. Each core workout is around 15-20 minutes and is perfect to add on to the end of your existing training routine! Your core is the source of your stability and power, so building a strong core will help you get more out of every exercise you do!

How can I track my progress?
I encourage you to take progress pictures at both the beginning and end of the challenge. Although progress pictures aren’t necessary to win, they track the changes in your body in a way that the scale or a daily mirror check-in can’t!!
