What's Included?

This 6-week challenge includes everything you need to optimize your results and feel your best heading into summer! You'll follow a 5-day training split strategically designed for progressive overload to help you build and maintain lean muscle mass. You'll also see specific ab, cardio and HIIT workouts to be completed that increase in intensity as the program progresses. This is an all-inclusive strength and cardio based regime designed specifically to help you lose fat, tone up, and become your most confident self!

This challenge has truly been life-changing for me. Coming into it, I was overwhelmed with a busy schedule and unsure if I could really commit. But six weeks later, l've not only lost 12 pounds, l've gained something way more powerful: confidence. Looking at my progress photos, the physical changes are there but what stands out most is the shift in how I carry myself. I see someone who shows up. Someone who's proud. Someone who's finally starting to believe in her own strength. I've learned so much about nutrition. How to track my macros in a way that fuels me, not restricts me. I've made movement part of my daily routine, and hitting my step goals has become something I want to do, not something | "should" do. But beyond the habits, what's really changed is my mindset. This challenge reminded me how badass it is to choose a healthy lifestyle, not out of guilt, but out of self-respect. That shift has lit a fire in me. I feel excited. I feel empowered. And for the first time in a long time, I feel proud of the person I see in the mirror, not just for how she looks, but for how she's grown. Thank you thank you thank you!! I cant wait to continue these habits and using the PWR app!

Honestly, I saw changes in so many aspects of my life. Even aspects you wouldn’t expect changes from for a fitness challenge. I see a difference in the way I show up in every area of my life. I saw a big change in my morning routine and the way I was disciplined. I found mhyself having so much more energy throughout he day when I would get up early and start my day with a workout, and it was even helping me at night with my sleep since I was in such a good flow and routine. I noticed such a difference in my body, my energy, bloating etc just in the way I was fueling my body with whole natural foods and not just grabbing whatever was quick and convenient in front of me. I would do this challenge over again in a heartbeat as it has been the biggest game changer for me!!! There’s no more excuses, no more pushing things off to tomorrow or until I feel better or until next week. This challenge has changed my life and I am forever grateful to Deanna for creating it!

I didn’t know I would need the challenge as much as I end up needing and loving it. It was the best decision I ever made! Last 9.0 pounds I didn’t even know I had to lose, the number on the scale doesn’t matter is the motivation and the discipline and the accountability to show up every day with a group of people that want the same thing as me. I’m doing what I need to do and making me an overall better person as a mom, and an employee, and a wife.I held myself to a high standard even when life got busy and hard like it does for everyone and did not let myself slack.

I'm feeling really freakin proud that I didn't just say "maybe next challenge, I'm too busy right now." One of my goals was to fit into my old Levi's shorts that haven't fit comfortably since summer 2023, and I could cry that I achieved that, but I also gained so much more with this community. I was ready to be held accountable by a coach, but all the girls as well? Next level and had no idea the support I was missing! l've done challenges where there was no personal connection and everyone had different intensity, so this has been SO much fun to really push myself alongside other amazing and inspiring women who are all bringing their A game.     Hi, and welcome to my app! My name is Deanna and I am 26 years old. I am a former Division 1 Collegiate Gymnast (University of Maryland, Go Terps!) with a passion for movement, exercise and helping others find their place in fitness. After being an athlete my entire life, I found myself extremely lost once graduating and no longer identifying as a gymnast. β€œI’m still an athlete, but what does that look like without a sport?” It took me years to find my footing and start to love fitness again. Navigating the in’s and out’s of training, nutrition, and mindset, I made my fair share of mistakes. Somewhere along the way I re-fell in love with training and was able to turn my passion into a career path. I have now helped hundreds of women worldwide transform their body and their mindset, one step at a time. I’m here to help you do the same.
