This challenge has truly been life-changing for me. Coming into it, I was overwhelmed with a busy schedule and unsure if I could really commit. But six weeks later, l've not only lost 12 pounds, l've gained something way more powerful: confidence. Looking at my progress photos, the physical changes are there but what stands out most is the shift in how I carry myself. I see someone who shows up. Someone who's proud. Someone who's finally starting to believe in her own strength. I've learned so much about nutrition. How to track my macros in a way that fuels me, not restricts me. I've made movement part of my daily routine, and hitting my step goals has become something I want to do, not something | "should" do. But beyond the habits, what's really changed is my mindset. This challenge reminded me how badass it is to choose a healthy lifestyle, not out of guilt, but out of self-respect. That shift has lit a fire in me. I feel excited. I feel empowered. And for the first time in a long time, I feel proud of the person I see in the mirror, not just for how she looks, but for how she's grown. Thank you thank you thank you!!
