About Deanna Magro

A little more about me...

Hi, and welcome to my app! My name is Deanna and I am 25 years old. I am a former Division 1 Collegiate Gymnast (University of Maryland, Go Terps!) with a passion for movement, exercise and helping others find their place in fitness. After being an athlete my entire life, I found myself extremely lost once graduating and no longer identifying as a gymnast. “I’m still an athlete, but what does that look like without a sport?” It took me years to find my footing and start to love fitness again. Navigating the in’s and out’s of training, nutrition, and mindset, I made my fair share of mistakes. Somewhere along the way I re-fell in love with training and was able to turn my passion into a career path. I have now helped hundreds of women worldwide transform their body and their mindset, one step at a time. I’m here to help you do the same. No more guessing, no more questioning… you’ve got a plan, now all you need to do is follow through. It’s time to unleash your inner athlete. We’re leaving mediocrity in the past. If you’re here, you’re ready to level up, and I’m happy to be there to push you every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a beginner, is Kickstart Coaching for me?
In short, ABSOLUTELY! These 8-weeks are designed specifically to help you see results, the right way. Whether you're new to fitness or have been on your journey for a while, you will see incredible results from the training program I've created + the foundational skills we'll be working on every week.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
For these 8-weeks, I have created both an in-gym and at-home training split! If you have a gym membership and want to use it, great! You'll use the "in-gym" workouts. If you prefer to workout at home, the only equipment you'll need is a pair(s) of dumbbells. Be sure to purchase whichever plan you need(: Both programs are formulated the exact same, with the same split and intensity. The only difference is where you'll be doing the workout!
Do I need to purchase anything to join the challenge?
To join the challenge, you'll purchase directly here. Once you've done so, you'll receive follow up emails regarding how to access the workouts + all resources and next steps from me!
Is there nutrition coaching included in the 8 weeks?
There is an option for add-on nutrition coaching during these 8 weeks via the 1st Phorm app ($29.99/month). It is not included in the Kickstart Coaching program. I do, however, highly encourage you to bundle the nutrition coaching to make the most of your results! There will be instructions on how to add this to your purchase via an email from me once you sign up for Kickstart Coaching.
