I'm a beginner to fitness, is this challenge right for me? If you are looking to lose body fat and kick it into high gear for the summer bod of your dreams, this challenge is for you. Now, I'm not saying miracles will happen in a matter of 6 weeks but I DO promise that if you put in the work, the results will come. Every workout can be modified based on your fitness level by choosing weights that are right for you. If you're a beginner, this is also a great place to learn more about nutrition and mastering your macros!
How do I know I'm fully signed up for the challenge? You'll need both PWR and the 1st Phorm App downloaded and ready in order to gain the full benefit of this challenge. Once you've signed up for the challenge here, you'll receive an email from me with next steps to get inside of the 1st Phorm App! This is where you will take and submit your starting photos. Once completed, send me a message and you're IN!
Do I need access to a gym for this challenge? For this 6 - week SHRED challenge you will need access to a gym in order to complete the required workouts/cardio sessions. However, if you have an extensive home gym (dumbbells, squat rack, barbell, cables) you will likely be able to complete more than 80% of the workouts with no modifications- which will still guarentee great results!
