I’m a Registered Physical Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer based in Toronto, Canada. My journey in health and fitness began in high school, where I excelled in Ultimate Frisbee and later played at the university level. My goal has always been to shred body fat, build muscle, and perform better, but injuries frequently derailed my progress. I was often confused about why I was always getting hurt, which sparked my passion for understanding the body and effective recovery methods.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, I’ve combined my expertise to create a platform focused on helping you train safely and effectively.
