About the challenge

Duration: 6 Weeks Training: 5 workouts a week with a mix of strength and cardio workouts that are quick and effective Location: All workouts you can do from the comfort of your own home Nutrition: Receive individualized support on Macros and using the app MyFitnessPal, plus lots of new recipes to help you along the way Habits: Learn how to create consistency and accountability through sticking to a fitness plan that works for you. This is more than a fitness challenge but a transformative that will ultimately give you a kickstart to a fitter, healthier you. Over the next 6 weeks, you'll follow a structured program designed to help you tone up, shed fat, and build strength while developing sustainable habits that last well beyond the challenge.

Meet Santi & Dara

Santi Raimondo and Dara Shahraki are an international couple brought together by their mutual love for family, food, and fitness. Santi, from Sicily, Italy, and Dara, from San Diego, California, met in Italy while Dara was vacationing with her family. Their instant connection led to a beautiful love story. Now, 9 years later, they are happily married and raising their daughters in Sicily. As owners of two gyms in Sicily, Santi and Dara are dedicated personal trainers. Santi, a Spinning instructor, is passionate about bodybuilding, while Dara is a certified Barre and Yoga instructor, with a fervor for HIIT workouts. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to their fitness community.

I'm a beginner, is this challenge for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
For this challenge you need • 2 sets of dumbbells - one light pair and one heavier pair • set of resistance bands • pilates ball • ankle weights • mat
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! All workouts can be performed in the comfort of your own home.
What is the duration of the workouts?
Our workouts are tailored for busy schedules. Strength training sessions run up to 25 minutes, while cardio and mobility workouts range between 10-20 minutes. Plus, there are bonus workouts available for those eager to push themselves further.
Is there a specific diet plan or nutrition guidance provided
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we believe in crafting personalized eating plans tailored to individual habits. We'll work closely with you in our WhatsApp group to foster healthy, sustainable dietary habits.
How do I know this is the program for me?
You will have the results you desire and stay motivated. We work very closely with each participant through our WhatsApp group. We are here every step of the way, motivating and guiding you. There is never a question or concern left unanswered.
