Meet Santi & Dara

Santi Raimondo and Dara Shahraki are an international couple brought together by their mutual love for family, food, and fitness. Santi, from Sicily, Italy, and Dara, from San Diego, California, met in Italy while Dara was vacationing with her family. Their instant connection led to a beautiful love story. Now, 9 years later, they are happily married and raising their daughters in Sicily. As owners of two gyms in Sicily, Santi and Dara are dedicated personal trainers. Santi, a Spinning instructor, is passionate about bodybuilding, while Dara is a certified Barre and Yoga instructor, with a fervor for HIIT workouts. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to their fitness community.

Plus, we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! We have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
