    This Program is designed and backed by over 8 years of physical fitness education and physical practice. The warm-up stretches combine calisthenics and yoga. So, while the body is being stretched, the fascia or muscle tissue that holds physical and emotional trauma can be stretched and released, thereby preparing the body to train in a better state of being. The timed exercises and repetition are made to be challenging and difficult even at the beginner's level, because this pushes the body and mind to work at a level of exercise it is not normally used to. High-intensity training with proper nasal breathing will improve your overall performance and athletic appearance
