I’m Danye (pronounced Dani) and I’m so excited you’re here to workout with me!
After being a college athlete and having 3 babies, my body did not feel like my own. I struggled with my weight and getting back to feeling LIKE ME. I have always been an athlete and been part of a team my entire life. Once my playing career was over, I had to find different ways to push myself and still be competitive. (Even if it was just with me, lol)
I dove headfirst into fitness and started creating my own workouts, focused on nutrition, lost 35lbs and finally started to feel like ME again. Once I experienced this change in my own life, people asked me how I did it. I am a coach at heart and for the past few years, I’ve been helping people crush their fitness goals.
I’m not here to show you just workouts, I’m here to motivate you to strive for more – in fitness, in nutrition – IN LIFE.
